The Hospitality Training Programs

Together with our Partner One Family At A Time, The hospitality training School is formed in 2021 to educates students from disadvantaged backgrounds in hotel operations.

Students are selected based on their desire to learn and improve their skills. Over a period of ten months, they receive free tuition, uniforms, materials and meals. They also receive a small stipend of rice and money to help support their families. Housing is provided to students who come from distant villages.  Instruction includes English, computer skills and life skills. In addition to these classes, each student interns in one of the departments of the hotel: front office, housekeeping, or food and beverage etc.
