A

Adaptors: Ranges of electrical adaptors are available upon request. Please contact Guest Service team via our facebook page, or website messager.

Air conditioning: For your personal comfort, all guest rooms have their own thermostat control switches, allowing you to regulate your room temperature. To help save energy, please turn off your room’s air conditioning when not needed and keep balcony doors closed.

Airline information, booking and transfers: International and domestic airlines operate from Siem Reap International Airport. For more information please call +855 (0)23 890 890 or visit www.cambodia-airports.com.  Our Guest Service Centre will be happy to assist you with your flight bookings, ticket re-confirmation and other airline information. Please note that it is advisable to re-confirm all airline reservations 72 hours prior to departure.  Airport transfers in the comfort of a private Jeep/tuk tuk can be arranged for you. ATMs: International ATMs are located at ANZ Royal Bank and Canadia Bank in downtown Siem Reap. Our Guest Service Team can assist you with directions and transportation. Note: Some ATMs machine will promptly ask you to select either USD$ Currency or Local Riel Currency.

Babysitting service: Please contact the Guest service team via our facebook page, or website messager for this service.  It is recommended that you make the request one day in advance.

Banks: ANZ Royal Bank and Canadia Bank are located in downtown Siem Reap. The banks’ opening hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, on Saturday they are open only half day from 8am to 11:30 am.  For your convenience, foreign currency can be exchanged at Reception.

Bicycles: Cycling is a great way to exercise and explore the local area. Bicycles are available for rent and guided tours can be arranged.  Please contact the “Guest Service Team” via our facebook page, or website messager for more information.

Car rental: Rental cars are available on request. Please contact the Guest Service team via our facebook page, or website messager for more information.  

Check-out: Check-out time is 12:00 noon.  If your departure time does not coincide with our check-out time, or should you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Guest Service team one day in advance, and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.  Should you have an early morning departure, we advise that you take advantage of our express check-out facility and settle your account on the evening prior to departure.

Cheques: We are unable to accept travellers’ cheques but should you wish to cash there at a local bank we would be delighted to arrange transportation.

Coffee and tea service: Coffee and tea making facilities are available in your room and they are being refilled daily, shoule you need any assistant contact our guest assistant.

Cooking Class: We offer traditional Khmer cooking classes with a master chef, including a local market visit.  For more information please refer to the “Tours & Excursion” section in this directory, or contact the Guest Service assistant.

Credit cards: We are happy to accept both Master and Visa Cards, Bank transfer, Westerns Union.

Doctor: Should you wish, we can arrange a doctor upon request. Please contact the Guest Service team by dialling “0” on your phone if you would like to arrange an appointment.  Consultations can be also arranged with a physician from the Royal Angkor International Hospital located nearby the hotel.

Do not disturb: For your own privacy, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your room on the outside doorknob. 

E

Electricity: In Cambodia the electrical supply is 220/240 volts AC.  Please contact the Guest Service team via our facebook page, or website messager to request a multi-adapter. Please turn your lights and air conditioning off when you leave your room. 

Emergency: Emergency evacuation and safety plans are hung on the back of your room door.  In case of fire or any other emergency, please leave your room and the building by the nearest exit. 

Excursions: Our Culture Gurus will be happy to arrange bespoke tours for you, either in English, French or Spanish. It is recommended that you enquire 24 hours in advance.  Please contact the Guest Service assistant via our facebook page, or website messager for information about our range of excursions.

Express immigration: Please contact the Guest Assistant directly or via our facebook page, or website messager on your phone to request this service, which is charged at USD 25 net per person.

First aid: Please contact the Guest Service assistant should you require first aid.

Florist: Flowers for every occasion are available.  Please contact the Guest Service Assistant.

Foreign exchange: Most international currencies can be exchanged at Reception.

Housekeeping Service: We clean your room one time a day, Please contact the Guest Service assistant directly or via our facebook page, or website messager should you need additional amenities, pillows or linen.

Internet : All our guest rooms and public areas offer WiFi Internet access free of charge. Please contact our guest assistant if you are unable to log in.

Ironing: A pressing service is available through our hotel laundry.  If you wish to iron items yourself please contact the Guest Service directly or via our facebook page, or website messager and we will be happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board.

Key: Please report any loss of your room key card immediately to the Guest Service assistant directly or via our facebook page, or website messager.

Laundry and dry cleaning: Laundry bag are provided in each room located in the closet. Please place garments in the laundry bag. All laundry received before 11:00 am will be returned the same day. An express service is available upon request. Please contact the Guest Service assitant to request this service.  

Lost and found: Please contact the Guest Service assistatnt directly or via our facebook page, or website messagerfor any articles lost or found.  Our Reception keeps a record of items found and will stores these for 30 days.  Please ensure that all your valuables are properly locked in your in-room safe - our resort will not assume responsibility for lost items.

Luggage: For luggage collection from your room, please contact the Guest Service Assistant.  For guests leaving after 12:00 noon, arrangements can be made for your luggage to be stored.

Mail: Please contact the Guest Service by dialling “0” on your phone. 

Messages: All messages will be delivered to your room. 

Minibar: We have prepared a full selection of drinks in your minibar room that will be replenished daily and the prices has placed infront of the fridge. 

Mobile phones: We provide all guests with one cell-phone upon your arrival for you to make local complimentary calls or contact our Guest Service learn when our of the hotel, if you would like your cell-phone to be charged, please contact the Guest Service assistant directly or via our facebook page, or website messager.

Mosquitoes: William Houses is fumigated twice weekly between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm in order to control mosquitoes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Newspapers: A selection of local and international newspapers are available upon request please let us know one day advance to organize this for you.

Nudity: Any form of nudity is not allowed on the property.  This includes topless sunbathing.  Your understanding and cooperation is much appreciated.

Restaurant Sala Chan: Enjoy a wide variety of our Khmer cuisine delights in our all day dining restaurant. Combining ingredients from our organic garden and the local communities, we offer exceptional local dishes from our chef.

Room service: Room service is available is available from 6:00 am to 10 pm.

Security: Security personnel are on duty 24 hours a day.

Shoe shine: Kindly contact our Guest Service directly or via our facebook page, or website messager if you would like your shoes to be polished. 

Sport and recreation: A range of activities are available both in our property and in the surrounding area. For more information please  refer  to contact the Guest Service assistant directly or via our facebook page, or website messager. 

Sun care: The sun in this area is very strong.  Please be careful and always wear sun cream and keep yourself well hydrated.

Sunrise and sunset: The most beautiful sunrise is at the Ancient of Angkor Wat Temple and sunset is at Bakheng Hill. Please do contact the Guest Service Assistant directly or via our facebook page, or website messager if you wish to check the weather forecast, or for us to arrange the tour.

Taxi Transportation: Taxis are limited in Siem Reap and the majority of visitors use local Remork tuk-tuks to get about. Should you prefer to travel by taxi, please contact the Guest Assistant Assistant directly or via our facebook page, or website messager for more information and bookings.

Television: Your room’s television features a choice of channels in a variety of languages.  For details please refer to the TV Guide in your room or contact the Guest Service Assistant directly or via our facebook page, or website messager. 

Tipping: Tipping is at the guests’ discretion.

Towel Re-use: Many of our environmentally conscious guests have shown their support for saving water and reducing the use of detergent. If you wish to re-use your towels, please hang them on the hook provided in your bathroom. When you wish to change your towels, please leave them on the floor. Thank you for assisting us in making a difference.

Transportation: We are pleased to offer Remork tuk-tuk and jeep transportation on a complimentary  (maximum four peoples per vehicle). Should you wish to travel to Angkor Wat, or any other sites of interest, a choice of vehicles can be booked on a daily basis at an additional charge.  Airport transfers can also be arranged.
